About the Summer School

The main goal of the summer school is to provide senior undergraduate, M.Sc., and Ph.D. students, as well as other interested participants, with hands-on knowledge and expert insights into future developments at the intersection of artificial intelligence and software engineering. Topics include the use of GenAI in software compliance, maintenance, and cyber-security.

The talks will be delivered by plenary speakers who are active researchers from North American, European, and Asian institutions. Additional lectures will be given by local researchers from both academia and industry, offering complementary perspectives to participants.

The second edition of the summer school will take place in Carthage and will be co-sponsored by the LARODEC Laboratory and the Institute of Data Engineering, Analytics, and Science at the University of Michigan–Flint.
